The Rankings

There are 7 Ranks in total (not skill ranks, these are character ranks)
each rank will give you your skill points and stat points
all characters start out at rank 1, except admins, who start at rank 4, mods will start at rank 2
all increases in rank will be given and decided by admins

Rank 1: Hatchling- you are young, or relatively new to the wasteland, you havent learned the ropes and are still trying to figure out where the safety is on your gun, stay close to your teammates or you'll be close to death
Stat Points: 10
Skill Points: 1.5

Rank 2: Apprentice- your getting there, you've learned where that safety is, but not quite have the timing down, you have escaped the jaws of quite a few zombies and are a bit more knowledgeable for it, but hell, you think everything you're going to fight is a shambling mess? Ive got news for you......
Stat Points: 15
Skill Points: 3

Rank 3: Waste lander- you know when and where to fire your rifle and are starting to become a valuable member of whatever group was blessed enough to survive this long, you've seen a couple of those new breeds but aren't exactly used to them yet
Stat Points: 20
Skill Points: 4.5

Rank 4: Survivor- your gun isn't a weapon, its a limb, your nerves are racked and you know exactly what it is that goes bump in the night, you still haven't seen the worst of it yet

Skill Points: 6

Rank 5: a Tank crashes through the wall on your right, a Hunter flicks its claws on your left, if only they knew what they were dealing with
Stat Points: 30
Skill Points: 7.5

Rank 6: your nerves are cold steel, your hand hasn't come off the grip of your rifle for weeks, your hungry, cold, thirsty, and paranoid, and god damn...its the best you've felt in weeks.....
Stat Points: 35
Skill Points: 9

Rank 7: you are the pinnacle of survival, you live your entire life on the edge, taking risks and coming out on top, you ride Tanks and hunt Deathclaws for fun...don't slip up now
