Zombie PC's

when a character is infected by the virus and they aren't treated they have a chance to turn into an intelligent infected and can stay with the group ( though they may have limited physical contact with a lot of the members ) these instances will be rare and at most will probably happen one time in a groups entire history, these characters must have the approval of ALL administrators before they are approved, also they may be abandoned seeing as how the group would have no knowledge of their fallen comrade being able to get back up and join them, and they would move on, also these are rare because most dead PC's will have a bullet put in their head to stop them from reanimating, also the group may just not want them in, seeing as how an infected individual in the midst can be a liability
and just to clarify, these characters will not start out Intelligent, they will have to be infected by a Ghoul or Goblin, or another Intelligent Zombie and then they will have to be Mediated by an ally (see the Mediation skill in the Psychology branch)
